* The goods are warranted against defects arising from faulty design, workmanship and material for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
* The customer will notify the dealer in writing along with original invoice.
* The customer will deposit the goods in the service center if so required.
* Inspection and test report of the dealer/service center will be final for determining the defects under the warranty.
* Warranty shall be limited to the first sale of the goods by the company to the customers.
* Consumables such as sediment filter, reverse osmosis membrance and activated carbon filters which are subject to normal wear & tear in course of use are not covered by this warranty.
* Warranty shall remain valid only if goods are duly installed by the company at the location specified in the invoice.
* The customer will have no claim against the company in respect of any loss/Demage caused by or due to mishandling of the equipment.
* Repair / Replacement warranty will be carried out only by the dealer from which the system has been purchased.
